Drain the water inside the speaker
Note: If you have not used the speaker in a place where it is likely to be in contact with water, go to the next step.
The sound quality may change when water enters the speaker section of the system.
If you have used the speaker in a location where may have been in contact with water, try the following procedure.
- Wipe off any moisture on the speaker's surface.
- Put the speaker on a dry soft cloth with the fabric part facing down to drain any water that may have collected inside the speaker.
Is the issue resolved?
- Yes, the issue is resolved.
The issue was caused by water getting inside the speaker.
- No, the issue is not resolved.
