There is no sound when the speaker is connected to the WLA-NS7 wireless transmitter via Bluetooth

    If the issue occurs, follow these steps to end the Bluetooth® connection of the speaker and the WLA-NS7, and then reconnect them.

    • Disconnect and reconnect the USB Type-C™ cable from the DC IN port of the WLA-NS7. The transmitter restarts and then reconnects with the speaker automatically.
    • If two devices are connected with the speaker simultaneously (multipoint connection), open the Music Center app on the connected device and select SettingsManagement of Bluetooth connected devices to end the Bluetooth connection with the speaker.

    Hint: If the TV has a Bluetooth function, we recommend connecting the speaker and the TV directly via Bluetooth.
