There is no sound when the speaker is connected to the WLA-NS7 wireless transmitter via Bluetooth
If the issue occurs, follow these steps to end the Bluetooth® connection of the speaker and the WLA-NS7, and then reconnect them.
- Disconnect and reconnect the USB Type-C™ cable from the DC IN port of the WLA-NS7. The transmitter restarts and then reconnects with the speaker automatically.
- If two devices are connected with the speaker simultaneously (multipoint connection), open the Music Center app on the connected device and select Settings → Management of Bluetooth connected devices to end the Bluetooth connection with the speaker.
Hint: If the TV has a Bluetooth function, we recommend connecting the speaker and the TV directly via Bluetooth.
