What is the Micro Vault Virtual Expander® software and how does it work?

The Micro Vault Virtual Expander software automatically compresses files when they are copied to the Micro Vault® storage device, and decompresses the files automatically when copied from the storage device.

NOTES:

• For more information on the Micro Vault Virtual Expander software refer to the documentation that came with the Micro Vault storage device.
• The Virtual Expander software is not compatible with all Micro Vault storage devices. Check the Micro Vault Web site to verify if the Micro Vault storage device was supplied with the Virtual Expander software.
