How can I access the Windows Recovery Console?
The Windows Recovery Console is only available within a genuine retail copy of Windows® 7.
NOTE: Due to licensing agreements with Microsoft®, Sony® does not include the entire retail copy of the Windows 7 on Sony's Recovery DVD's.
To repair or reinstall factory imaged software, the recovery media for the computer should be utilized.
