How to disable the VAIO Update application?
- Click the Start button, point to All Programs, point to VAIO Update, and click VAIO Update Options.
- In the VAIO Update Optionswindow, scroll down to the end of the readme file.
- Click to deselect the Automatically check for updates on the support page box.
- Click the OK button.
