How to change the default browser from the Microsoft Edge browser to another installed browser.

Follow these steps to change the default browser from the Microsoft® Edge browser to another installed browser like Internet Explorer® 11 browser, Google Chrome™ browser, Mozilla® Firefox® browser, etc.

1. Click the Start button, and on the Start Menu, click Settings.
2. In the SETTINGS window, click System.

   

3. In the SYSTEM screen, on the left column, click Default apps.

   

4. On the right side of the screen, scroll down until you see Web browser, and then click the Microsoft Edge icon.

   

5. From the list of installed browsers, click to select the browser you wish to set as default.
