How to reinstall the sound drivers.
- Insert the Application Recovery CD into the CD/DVD drive.
- In the Welcome to the Sony Application Installation CD window, click the OK button.
- In the Application Recovery CD window, double-click the Drivers folder.
- In the Application Recovery CD - Drivers window, double-click the Audio Driver(NM2200) icon.
- In the Sony Application Install window, click the OK button.
- In the Application Recovery CD - Drivers window, click the Quit button.
- In the Sony Install window, click the OK button.
- Restart the computer.
