Dolby Vision video doesn't appear when a Dolby Vision enabled device is connected to the TV using HDMI

If the HDMI input signal format/VRR is set to Enhanced format (4K120), some devices may not be able to output Dolby Vision video.
Try the following steps:
- Change the settings to Enhanced Format:
- On the TV remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
- Select Settings → Channels & Inputs → External inputs → HDMI signal format/VRR.
- Select the HDMI input number connected to the Dolby Vision device, then select Enhanced format.
Note: Some devices may not be able to output Dolby Vision video when the HDMI signal format/VRR is set to Enhanced format (4K120) or Enhanced format (Advanced). The setting name may be different depending on the TV model.
- If the connected device has a Dolby Vision output Off/On function, set it to On.
- Turn the connected device off, then back on (reboot).
