Configure the parental control or parental lock settings for broadcasts, streaming channels, and other items. To set Parental controls or Parental lock, please follow the steps below:
On the remote control, press the HOME button.
Select Settings.
The following steps will depend on your TV menu options:
Select Watching TV → Parental controls or Parental lock.
Select Watching TV → Parental controls → PIN Code.
Select Parental lock → PIN Code.
Set your desired 4-digit PIN code.
If you have forgotten your PIN code, enter the master PIN code for your TV. Note: Contact Sony Customer Support to confirm the master PIN code.

If you have forgotten your PIN code, perform a Factory data reset of your TV. If you need to enter a PIN code when performing the Factory data reset, enter the master PIN code for your TV.
