I didn't say "OK Google" but the Google Assistant came up

    • If the phrase OK Google comes from the TV, for example, during a commercial, the TV's built-in microphone might react. Press the BACK button on the remote control to cancel the Google Assistant ready status.
    • Make sure your TV position setting is set correctly for either wall mount or tabletop stand.

      TV position setting:

      1. Open the Settings screen:
        • If the remote control has a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the Quick Settings button and select Settings.
        • If the remote control doesn't have a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the HOME button and select Settings.
      2. Select Sound or select Display & Sound, and then select Sound.
      3. Select TV position.
      4. The next step will depend on your TV menu options
        • Select Ambient Optimization → Acoustic auto calibration → TV position
        • Select Sound → TV position
        • Select Sound adjustments → TV position.
        • Select TV position.
      5. Choose your TV position depending on your TV menu options
        • Choose Front Position Style or Back Position Style/Wall Mount.
        • Choose Table-Top stand or Wall Mount.

    Notes:

    • For the 2022 or later models: A95L, A80L_A83L_A84L, X95L, X93L, X90L_X91L, X85L, X82L, X80L_X81L, A80K_A83K_A84K, A90K, A95K, X80K_X81K_X82K (43-75), X85K_X86K_X89K_85X80K, X90K_X91K_X92K_X93K_X94K (55-85), X95K, Z9K series, adjusting the Built-In MIC sensitivity may improve the issue. Try the following steps:
      1. On the remote control, press the Quick Settings ( or ) button
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select System.
      4. Select Built-in MIC sensitivity.
      5. Select High (default), Medium, or Low.

    • If you don't use or want to use Google Assistant, disable Google Assistant detection.
