Perform a Network Diagnosis

    Depending on your TV model, the procedure to peform a network diagnosis is the following:

    For models released in 2015 and later

    1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Under Settings, select System Settings.
    3. Under Set-up, select Network.
    4. Select Network setup.
    5. Select View Network Status.
    6. Select Check connection.
    7. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a few minutes.

    For models released in 2014

    1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select the icon  (Help).
    3. Select Internet Customer Support.
    4. Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
    5. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a few minutes.

    For models released in 2013

    1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Network.
    4. Select Network Setup.
    5. Select View Network settings and status or View Network Status.
    6. Select Check Connection.
    7. Connection diagnosis will start. The connection results will be displayed after a while.
