After connecting a DUALSHOCK4 controller via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth remote control does not work properly

    IMPORTANT:

    Use this article to troubleshoot issues with the Bluetooth® remote control, or if you are unable to unpair and disconnect the DUALSHOCK4.

    If you have connected DUALSHOCK4 to the TV via Bluetooth, unplug the TV power cord, plug it back in, and then unpair DUALSHOCK4 as follows:

    1. Open the Settings screen.
      • On the remote control, press the Quick Settings button ( or ) and select Settings.
      • If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button ( or ) press the HOME button and select Settings.
      • The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
        • Android™ 10
          • Select Remotes and accessories → (Bluetooth Device name) Wireless ControllerDisconnect.
        • Android 9
          • Select Remotes & AccessoriesBluetooth settingsWireless ControllerUnpairOK.
        • Android 8
          • Select Bluetooth settingsWireless ControllerUnpairOK.
