Wavy noise appears when I watch recorded video from external devices

To resolve the issue, change the output resolution on the connected device from 1080p to 1080i, or to Original Resolution.
- The name may differ as it depends on the devices.
If the connected device doesn't have the settings listed above, follow these steps to change the Random noise reduction setting:
- Open the Settings screen.
- Using the Quick Settings button (For models released in 2019 or later)
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
- Select Settings.
- Using the HOME button
- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Using the Quick Settings button (For models released in 2019 or later)

The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Display & Sound → Picture → Clarity → Random noise reduction.
- Select Display & Sound → Picture → Advanced settings → Clarity → Random noise reduction.
- Select Picture & Display → Picture adjustments → Advanced settings → Clarity → Random noise reduction.
- Select Low.
Note: If Random noise reduction is set to Low, slight noise may be visible on the screen.
