A gray screen appears and Google Assistant doesn't work when pressing the microphone button
A network connection is required to use Google Assistant. If you press the microphone button on the TV remote without a network connection, a gray screen appears. The gray screen disappears automatically after a few seconds. Make sure your TV is connected to your network and try Google Assistant again.
