The screen brightness does not automatically adjust

To help with screen brightness adjustments, check the following:
- Make sure Auto luminance level in Ambient light sensor is turned on:
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings ( or ) button and select Settings.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Display & Sound → Ambient Optimization Pro → Advanced settings → Auto luminance level.
- Select Display & Sound → Picture → Ambient light sensor → Auto luminance level.
- The ambient light sensor is located near the center bottom of the screen. Make sure the sensor is not blocked by anything, such as a sound bar or the TV stand.
Notes:- The brightness of the TV screen may not be changing due to reflected light. For details, check the TV instruction manual.
- If applicable, make sure the blue protective tape is removed from the sensor.
If you feel the screen is too bright, adjust the screen brightness from the image quality settings:
- On the remote control, press the Quick Settings ( or ) button and select Settings.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Display & Sound → Picture & Sound → Picture → Brightness.
- Select Display & Sound → Picture →Brightness.
- Adjust the setting as desired.
