My TV Freezes and Doesn't Display Photos from a Mobile Device Through USB Connection

Follow these steps if your TV freezes when you browse or play photos from a USB-connected mobile device and only the power button on the remote control works.
- Disconnect the mobile device from your TV.
- Set the mobile device to MTP mode.
- Check the mobile device manual for more information.
- Connect the mobile device to your TV with the USB cable.
- After the mobile device connects, browse the Category folder.
- Don't select All or Generic folder.
- Don't select All or Generic folder.
