No picture when a mobile device is connected to the TV via an MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI adapter.
Follow the steps below if there is no picture on the TV when a mobile device is connected using a Mobile High-Definition Link® (MHL) cable or a MHL-to-HDMI adapter.

- Make sure that the mobile device has the latest software version.
- Set the TV to the correct input.
- Make sure that the MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI adapter is connected properly.
- If you are using an MHL-to-HDMI adapter, make sure the adapter is turned on.
- Try using a different MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI adapter.
- Perform a power reset .
