TV Picture & Screen FAQ

Color and Distortion 

• My TV has lines on the screen, blurred picture, double images, or odd colors
• The entire picture has a red, green, or blue tint
• The picture on the TV screen appears stretched or squeezed

Lines on Screen 

• My TV has lines on the screen, blurred picture, double images, or odd colors
• Black bars appear on the top, bottom, and sides of the picture

No Picture, Power or LED Light Blinks/Flashes 

• My TV has no picture, no power, or the LED light blinks/flashes red
• No picture when I use an HDMI connection
• Unable to display a picture from a computer that is connected to the HDMI input of the TV
• A NO SIGNAL message is displayed on the screen or the TV is not displaying any picture

Screen Mirroring 

• The image appears blurry when using manual screen mirroring
• The TV picture quality is unstable or intermittently blurs when using one-touch mirroring or screen mirroring
