No picture when a mobile device is connected to the TV via an MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI adapter.

    Follow the steps below if there is no picture on the TV when a mobile device is connected using a Mobile High-Definition Link® (MHL) cable or a MHL-to-HDMI adapter.

    NOTE: Each of the steps below represents a possible solution to this issue. Check to see if a picture appears after completing each step.
    1. Make sure that the mobile device has the latest software version.
    2. Set the TV to the correct input.
    3. Make sure that the  MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI  adapter is connected properly.
    4. If you are using an MHL-to-HDMI adapter, make sure the adapter is turned on.
    5. Try using a different MHL cable or MHL-to-HDMI adapter.
    6. Perform a power reset .
