The Android TV Can't Display Photos, Videos, or Music from a USB Storage Device
Follow these steps to use the Photos, Videos, or Music app of the Android TV™ when a file explorer app, such as ES File Explorer, is installed:
- Disconnect the USB storage device from your TV, and then reconnect it.
- If a message is displayed on the TV, wait for the message to disappear automatically or select CANCEL with the TV remote.
- Select Album, Music, or Video based on the contents of your USB storage device.
Note: Not all file formats are supported by the TV. Check the product manual for model-specific information.
