Closed Caption Doesn't Appear on My Android TV Screen When I Use Antenna or Direct Cable Connection

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

1. On the remote control, press the CC button to enable the Closed Caption (CC) feature.
   Note:

   You can also enable this feature in the menu of your Android TV™:

   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Under System Preferences category, select Accessibility.
   4. Select Cable/Antenna.
   5. Select CC Display.
   6. Select On.

2. Set Analog CC and Digital CC to CC1.
   1. Press the HOME button.
   2. Select Settings.
   3. Under System Preferences category, select Accessibility.
   4. Select Cable/Antenna.
   5. Select Analog CC.
   6. Select CC1.
   7. Press the BACK button.
   8. Select Digital CC.
   9. Select CC1.
