Disable or Exit Demo Mode

Your TV type determines the steps to disable or exit Demo Mode.

Android TV™ and Google TV™ models

• Go to the Settings screen
  • For models released in 2019 or later: Press the (Quick Settings) button → select Settings.
  • Other models: Press the HOME button → select the Settings icon.
• The next steps may vary depending on your TV menu options.
  • Select System → Retail mode settings → Set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off.
  • Select Device Preferences → Retail mode settings → set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off.
  • Select Retail mode settings → set Demo mode and Picture reset mode to Off.

Other TV Models

1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
2. In the top-right corner of the screen, select Settings.
3. Under Settings, select Preferences or System Settings.

   • If your TV displays Preferences, select it, then proceed to step 5.

4. Under System Settings select General Set-up.
5. Select Shop Front Display Setting.
6. Set Demo Mode and Picture Reset Mode to Off.
