Try Refresh Internet content.
- Press the HOME button, then go to Settings.
- Select System Settings → Setup → Network.
- Select Refresh Internet content.

Perform Initialize Personal Information.
- Press the HOME button, then go to Settings.
- Select Customer support.
- Select Initialize Personal Information.
