What is PlayStation Vue on Android TV and how to get it?

    PlayStation™ Vue is a TV service that streams live TV, movies, and sports on a variety of your favorite devices without a cable or satellite subscription. With powerful features that allow you to save thousands of hours of your favorite shows without recording conflicts, and Premium channels that can be purchased individually or with a multi-channel plan, TV has never been the same. No annual contracts, no conflicts, no problems.

    How do I get PlayStation Vue on Android™ TV devices?

    1. Sign up for a PlayStation Vue subscription using one of the following devices.
      • Using a computer or mobile device at www.psvue.com/plans
      • Using PlayStation® 4 or PlayStation® 3 console
    2. Download the application from the app store on your Android TV device.
    3. Sign in using your account on PlayStation Network.

    You will have instant access to your favorite content and PlayStation Vue interface. PlayStation Vue is supported on Android TV streaming devices running Android™ OS 4.4 and above.

    What’s different on PlayStation Vue on Android TV?

    With PlayStation Vue on Android TV, you'll be able to use the great PlayStation Vue TV streaming features available on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 3 systems, as well as the same intuitive interface.

    Enjoy full access to Multiple Profiles, Guide, Explore, My Shows, Favorite Channels and Recommendations. Stream live, on-demand, catch-up, or saved content just like you would on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 3 console. You will even have the same access to content between systems; for example, you can start watching on one device and finish watching on your Android TV .

    While the interface is the same, you cannot currently sign up or make changes to your PlayStation Vue account nor change billing information via Android TV devices.
