The image on my TV screen sometimes shifts
The image shift on your OLED TV is caused by a function setting called Pixel Shift. This function moves the image after a certain amount of time to prevent image retention on the screen and prolong the life of the display panel. It is recommended to keep this function turned on.
Steps to enable Pixel shift:
- Open the Settings menu. These options vary depending on the model year of your TV.
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the Quick Settings button and select Settings.
- If the remote control does not have a Quick Settings ( or ) button, press the HOME button and select Settings.
- Follow the steps according to your TV menu.
