The list below shows the causes of the error when you connect a device to your TV using the Wi-Fi Direct® feature, and how to resolve it.

The interference from other wireless devices or a microwave oven affects your TV and the connected device. | Power off other wireless devices that surround your TV or retry the connection setup. |
The wireless signal is weaker if there are objects that block the signal, or when you perform the setup far from the TV. | The recommended distance between the TV and the connected device is from 1-3 meters or 3-9 feet. |
When you launch an app on the connected device while you set up the connection, or the connected device has no power. | Make sure to power on the connected device then reconnect it to your TV. |
