    The list below shows the causes of the error when you connect a device to your TV using the Wi-Fi Direct® feature, and how to resolve it.

    Cause

    Solution
    The interference from other wireless devices or a microwave oven affects your TV and the connected device. Power off other wireless devices that surround your TV or retry the connection setup.
    The wireless signal is weaker if there are objects that block the signal, or when you perform the setup far from the TV. The recommended distance between the TV and the connected device is from 1-3 meters or 3-9 feet.
    When you launch an app on the connected device while you set up the connection, or the connected device has no power. Make sure to power on the connected device then reconnect it to your TV.
