What's the difference?
- Picture-in-Picture (PIP): Displays content from two sources, with one opened in a small window in the corner of the TV screen.
- Picture-and-Picture (P&P): Displays two video sources side by side.
- Twin Picture: Displays two video sources at the same time by displaying an HDMI-connected device and a TV program using the built-in tuner.

2016 - 2020 models except X74H / X75H series
These models support the Picture-in-Picture (PIP) function. You can continue to watch a program in a small window while operating the Home menu or an application on the TV by using your remote to select the PIP function. See the table below for possible PIP combinations. There are some restrictions on using PIP for Apps, so make sure to review the *Notes for Apps for details.

*Notes for Apps:
- You cannot play videos or photos on the main screen while displaying a small screen. It is possible to operate the Home screen, browser, and some video playback applications.
- Video, photo, or music apps:
- X93D, X94D, X85D series: The Album, Video, and Music apps do not support PIP.
- Other Android TV models released in and after 2016: If you use the Media Player app as the main screen, you can display thumbnails in the app while using PIP, but you cannot play photos or videos. On the other hand, you can play music files in the Media Player or Music apps while using PIP.
Notes:
- Update your TV to the latest software.
- The PIP feature was added with the Android TV Nougat update.
- The larger screen shows the menu of the last app used. The displayed app may vary depending on certain operating conditions.
- Operations such as changing the channel are disabled while watching the small screen.
- TV programs, input from an HMDI-connected device, and some apps can't use PIP.
- The position of the small screen is automatically adjusted and can't be set manually.

2015 models (xxC series)
Supports Twin Picture.
Notes:
- Update your TV to the latest software.
- You can only watch a combination of inputs from the built-in tuner and an HDMI-connected device.
- Twin Picture only supports digital 2K and analog signals, 4K or UHD videos won't display.
- Twin Picture is unavailable when watching satellite, digital or analog channels, or when watching apps such as YouTube™ videos. Switch the input to an HDMI-connected device before enabling Twin Picture.

Other TVs (except Google TV™ models)
- 2015 models or later: Don't support PIP, P&P, or the Twin Picture functions.
- 2014 models or earlier: The availability of Twin Picture, PIP, or the P&P functions depends on the model. For more information, refer to your TV i-Manual.
