On January 1, 2023, an update to New York regulations (6 NYCRR Part 368 - Product Stewardship and Product Labeling) takes effect, amending the New York State Electronic Equipment Recycling and Reuse Act (EERRA) (Environmental Conservation Law, Article 27, Title 26). This notice is provided in compliance with changes to the EERRA’s public education requirements.
