(Wireless) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as not accessible (or Failed), Failed, Failed

    After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:

    1. Physical Connection: Failed
    2. Local Access: Failed
    3. Internet Access: Failed

    Activate the built-in wireless function:

    1. Access the Settings screen
      • If the remote control has a Quick Settings button:
        Press the Quick Settings button → select Settings
      • f the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button:
        Press the HOME button → select Settings
    2. The next steps will depend on your TV menu options
      • Select Network & InternetWi-Fi and set it to On.
      • Select NetworkAdvanced SettingsBuilt-in Wi-Fi and set it to On.
