(Wireless) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as not accessible (or Failed), Failed, Failed
After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:
- Physical Connection: Failed
- Local Access: Failed
- Internet Access: Failed
Activate the built-in wireless function:
- Access the Settings screen
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings button:
Press the Quick Settings button → select Settings - f the remote control does not have a Quick Settings button:
Press the HOME button → select Settings
- If the remote control has a Quick Settings button:
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options
- Select Network & Internet → Wi-Fi and set it to On.
- Select Network → Advanced Settings → Built-in Wi-Fi and set it to On.
