(Wired) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as OK, Failed, Failed

    After performing a network diagnosis, the result may appear as:

    1. Physical Connection: OK
    2. Local Access: Failed
    3. Internet Access: Failed

    Follow the troubleshooting steps below. Each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, so please check the network connection status after completing each step.

    1. Make sure the LAN cable is securely connected to the TV and to the router.
    2. Connect the LAN cable to a different LAN port on the router.
    3. Reset all of the network equipment, such as cable modem and router, by turning them off and unplugging them for two minutes.
    4. Plug in the power cord of the modem.
    5. Plug in the power cord of the router.
    6. After turning them on again, wait for a few minutes until they are done initializing, and then confirm you can access the internet on your other devices (such as a smartphone or computer).
    7. Plug in the TV power cord, and then turn on the power.
    8. Perform the connection diagnosis again.
