TV audio drops out, there is no audio, or audio is out of sync
- Restart the TV using the power button on the remote control or the TV.
- On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to restart the TV.
- Depending on the TV, it may restart automatically after holding the Power button for approximately five seconds.
- On the TV, press and hold the Power button for about 40 seconds until the TV turns off.
- On the remote control, press and hold the Power button until Restart appears on the screen, and then select it to restart the TV.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall, press the Power button on the TV and then release it. Wait for two minutes, and then plug in the power cord.
- Check that your TV has the latest software update.

- To make sure your TV always has the latest software updates set Software Auto update to ON.
- On the supplied remote, press the Help button.
- Select System software update, and make sure Automatically check for update is set to ON
