Software update doesn't complete using the TV menu
Various factors like connection and server errors may prevent the television from completing the software update from being downloaded properly from the website. In addition, downloading a software update requires a stable high-speed internet connection. A poor internet connection may result in a delayed or failed update.
Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue and attempt to perform the software update after completing each step.
Step 1: Perform a power restart or reset of the TV

Step 2: Troubleshoot the network connection

- Confirm the network status of the television. For details, refer to the Performing a Network Diagnosis section in either of the following articles: After performing a Network Diagnosis, make sure that all items of the Connection results display as OK or Found.
For certain TVs released in 2019 or before, the Automatic software download setting will allow the TV to automatically download new updates while in standby mode. 3. Use a USB flash drive to install the update
and save it to a USB flash drive, then install it on your TV.
