A1E Series Wall Mount Installation Information

Before You Start

• Determine the strength of the wall for withstanding the weight of the TV.
• Lay the display face down on a stable work surface area that is larger than the TV.
• To prevent damaging the surface of the OLED display, make sure to place a soft cloth on the work surface.

Wall Mount Hole Pattern and Screw Size

Wall-mount pattern:

• XBR-65A1E: 400 × 200 mm
• XBR-55A1E: 400 × 200 mm

Wall-mount screw size:

• M6 ( 10 mm - 12 mm)

  

  Note: The length of the screw for Wall-Mount Bracket differs depending on the Wall-Mount.

Installing the TV to the Wall Without the Table-Top Stand

1. Using the M4L12 screws, attach the WM1 and WM2 support brackets to the TV.

   

   Note: If using an electric screwdriver, set the torque at 1.5 N-m (15 kgf-cm).

2. Attach the wall mount bracket and screws supplied with the wall mount to the back of the TV.

   

3. Follow the instruction that came with the wall mount to proceed with the set up.

Installing the TV to the Wall with the Table-Top Stand Attached

1. Insert the two corner guards

   

2. Remove the cover to the stand.
3. Remove the screws.
4. Detach the base.
5. Close the stand by the hinge lock.
6. Using the M4L12 screws, attach the WM1 and WM2 support brackets to the TV.

   

7. Attach the wall mount bracket and screws supplied with the wall mount to the back of the TV.
   Note: If using an electric screwdriver, set the torque at 1.5 N-m (15 kgf-cm).

8. Follow the instruction that came with the wall mount to proceed with the set up.

Installing the TV Against a Wall or Enclosed Area
