There may be a loose connection or an incorrect setting
- Check the connection and settings to make sure they are correct.
- Make sure the TV is set to the correct video input to receive the signal from the Blu-ray Disc™ player. If the player is a 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc player, be sure that the TV input is compatible with HDCP 2.2. For more details refer to the Is my 4K or 8K TV compatible with HDCP 2.2 or 2.3 article.
- Turn off all the devices (TV, Blu-ray Disc player, etc.) and try disconnecting and firmly reconnecting all the cables.
- If possible, test if the HDMI cable is defective by replacing it with another one. In case of 4K signal, be sure to use certified Premium High Speed HDMI Cables.
