Follow these steps to recover the error.

Check the network status of the TV.
- Press the HOME button on the supplied remote.
- On the HOME menu, select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Set-up.
- Select View Network setting and status.
NOTE: Confirm that the network connection is OK. If not, perform the network connection again.
- Press the HOME button on supplied remote control.
- On the HOME menu, select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Network Set-up.
- Select Set up network connection.
- Select Privacy Policy.
- Select Agree.
- Select Easy or Expert to set up your network.

If the error still occurs, update the device using a USB flash drive.
- Download the latest software version from the support web site.
Downloads are posted on your model support page.
- Follow the given instructions from the web site.
- Copy the download file to the USB flash drive.
- Insert the USB flash drive to the USB port of the TV.

Under the Software Update menu, select USB.
- Press the HOME button on supplied remote control.
- On the HOME menu, select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select USB.

If the error still appears after doing the software update on the TV, perform a factory reset.
- Press the HOME button on the supplied remote control.
- On the HOME menu, select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Factory Settings.
- Select Yes.
- Select Yes.
