How to set up the On timer (Turning on the TV at a specific time)

Did you know that with the On timer function, you can schedule your TV to turn on automatically at a specific time? It's a super convenient way to wake up to your favorite morning news program on the TV. You can also set the timer to turn the TV off after a certain period, which is really handy if you forget to power it off before leaving home.

We recommend you use the Talkback function to set up the On timer function.

Setting up the On timer

1. On the TV remote control, press the Quick Settings ( or ) button.
2. Select Timer → Add.
3. Press the Back button to turn the timer on.

The Timers menu has eight different settings you can adjust: Time, Repeat, Date, Inputs, Channel, Volume setup, Duration, and Timer activation.
