The headphones (earbuds) do not charge (WF-C700N)

Follow these steps to troubleshoot why the headphones (earbuds) don't charge:

    1. Clean the headphones inside the charging case and the charging port of the headphones, and check the indicator of the charging case.

Make sure that the headphones are properly inserted into the charging case.

If the headphones are not touching the charging port because the headphones are floating in the charging case or the charging port is dirty, the charging may fail.

After cleaning the headphones, the inside of the charging case, and the charging port of the headphones, set the headphones into the charging case, and without connecting the charging cable, check the indicator of the charging case. For details on how to clean the headphones, refer to the How to care for the headphones article.
Note: When cleaning, don't use compressed air to remove dust, as this can cause dust to get into the microphone or sound outlet holes, leading to malfunction.

The indicator lights up in green for about 3 seconds when one of the earbuds is stored in the charging case and lights green again when both earbuds are stored

The remaining battery of the headphones is 71% or more. Wear the headphones, connect to a device via Bluetooth, and check if you can hear the sound from the connected device.
If the sound can't be heard, refer to the There is no sound, or the sound is only heard from one side of the headphones article.
