My headphones don't turn on (WF-SP700N)
Follow these steps to troubleshoot when your WF-SP700N headphones won't turn on:
- Remove the headphones from the charging case and check if the indicators flash.
- The indicators flash in blue
- The headphones turn on normally.
- The indicators flash in blue and red alternately or the indicators flash in blue twice each
- The headphones are in the Bluetooth® pairing mode. Note: When pairing your headphones with a device for the first time or after initializing, the headphones enter pairing mode automatically.
- The indicators do not light up
- Go to the next troubleshooting step.

Charge the headphones and the charging case, and check if the indicators on the headphones light up in red.
- The indicators light up in red
- The headphones are in the process of charging. Continue charging and go to the next troubleshooting step.
- The indicators do not light up in red
- There may be a problem with charging. Refer to The headphones do not charge article.

After the charge is complete, remove the headphones from the case and check if the headphones turn on.
- The headphones turn on
- The issue was caused by a low battery level.
- The headphones do not turn on
- Go to the next troubleshooting step.

Reset the headphones.
Refer to the Resetting the headphones page for instuctions.
- The headphones turn on
- The issue may have been caused by a temporary malfunction of the headphones.
- The headphones do not turn on
- Go to the next troubleshooting step.

Initialize the headphones.
Note: After initialization, the headphones will return to the factory settings and all Bluetooth pairing information will be deleted.Refer to the Initializing the headphones page for instructions.
- The headphones turn on
- The issue may have been caused by a temporary malfunction of the headphones.
- The headphones do not turn on
- The headphones may be malfunctioning, and require repair.  Go to Product Repair.
