What should I do if I'm unable to capture photos of my ears?
Update the Sony | Headphones Connect app to version 6.1.3 or higher.
Then, take the photos in accordance with the voice guidance instructions. If you're unable to successfully capture the photos of your ears even after following the instructions, select MANUAL SHOOTING and ask somebody to take the photos of your ears to get an accurate representation.
