The indicator lights on the headphones or the charging case repeatedly flash in orange

When the remaining battery charge is low, the indicator lights on the headphones or the charging case will repeatedly and slowly flash orange for about 15 seconds. Set the headphones into the charging case and charge them using the supplied USB Type-C™ cable when this happens.

Check the following if you want to check the status while charging or if you can't charge the battery:

• The headphones do not charge (WF-C500)

If the indicator lights keep repeatedly flashing even after charging, it means that the rechargeable battery has an abnormal temperature or the headphones may be malfunctioning, and may require repair.  Go to Product Repair.
