Can't operate the Microsoft Teams app using the LinkBuds UC
Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Make sure that you use the desktop version of the following apps:
- Microsoft Teams™ Essentials (only when bought through a Microsoft-certified partner)
- Microsoft 365™ Business (all versions)
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise (all versions)
- Microsoft 365 Education (all versions)
- Place the LinkBuds into the charging case, close the lid and, after a few seconds, remove them again.
- Disconnect the USB transceiver, and reconnect it.
- Reset the LinkBuds.
- Initialize the LinkBuds.
Note: Initialization returns the headphones to the factory settings and all Bluetooth® pairing information is deleted, but the pairing between the USB transceiver and the headphones will be retained.
