To achieve the full noise-canceling effect with your in-ear Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones, make sure that both the left and right headphones fit snug into your ears. There are multiple size earbuds and fitting supporters included with the headphones. Try using different combinations of earbuds and fitting supporters until a tight fit is achieved.
