The Amazon Music app on an iPhone, iPod, or iPad isn't working with the WF-1000XM4 earbud headphones
If you are using an Apple® device such as iPhone®, iPod®, iPad®, and the Amazon Music™ app* beeps, freezes, or suddenly restarts, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Update the Amazon Music app to version 10.10.x or higher.
- Restart your Apple device.
