General Information on Wireless In-Ear Sports Headphones

Before Use

• Fit the headphones securely in your ears.

  • WF-SP700N and WI-SP600N:
    • Choose the correct earbuds size to fit securely your ear. Slowly remove the earbud from the base without pulling on the end or edge.

      

    • The headphones come with size M arc supporters. Change them to size L  if they are too small.. Slowly remove the arc supporter from the base without pulling on the end or edge.

      

  • WI-SP500:
    • Choose the correct eartips to fit the headphones in your ear. To change sizes, slowly emove the eartip from the base without pulling the tip.

      

• Use the supplied carrying holder of the WI-SP500 to secure the cable.

Operating the Headphones

• Enable noise canceling and ambient sound modes.

  Press the power button or the NC/AMB button to select the Noise canceling and Ambient sound modes. You'll hear voice guidance indicating the current mode.

  • WF-SP700N button:

    

  • WI-SP600N NC/AMB button:

    

    • Noise canceling mode reduces outside noise.
    • Ambient sound mode lets you hear your music and the ambient sound at the same time.

• Enable preset options:
  • Press the power button or NC/AMB button two times to switch to preset Ambient sound control and Equalizer modes.
• Play, pause, and skip to the next track

  If your mobile device is compatible with the AVRCP Bluetooth® profile, pressing a button on the headphones controls the music playback on your mobile device. Check your mobile device manual for information on compatibility.

  • WF-SP700N and WI-SP600N:
    • On the right earbud, press the button once to play or pause.
    • Press the button two times to play the next track
    • Press the button three times to play the previous track.
  • WI-SP500:
    • Press the button once to play or pause. 
    • To play the next track, press and hold the button until you hear a beep.
    • To advance 3 tracks forward, press and hold the button until you hear a beep, then press it again two times.

Use the Headphones Connect App and Voice Assist Feature

• The Headphones Connect app allows you to set the following with the WF-SP700N and WI-SP600N:
  • Display the remaining battery life of the headset.
  • Display the Bluetooth connection codec.
  • Turn noise canceling on/off.
  • Set the Ambient Sound mode.
  • Select the Equalizer setting.
  • Set the Bluetooth connection mode to select the sound quality.
  • Set the Quick Sound Settings function.
  • Adjust volume.
  • Play music, pause, fast-reverse, fast-forward.
  • Check the connection status and the settings of the headphones.
  • Quick Sound Settings.
• Activate the microphone of the headphones to use the Voice Assist feature of your smartphone.
  • WF-SP700N
    • On the right earbud, press and hold the button for two seconds. Activation sounds and voice assist audio is heard from the left earbud.
  • WI-SP600N
    • Press and hold the  button.
  • WI-SP500
    • Press the button two times for 0.5 sec and release it.

Clean the Headphones

The headphones are sweat and splash-proof rated (IPX4 rating). After using the headphones, wipe off any water droplets with a soft dry cloth. If there are water droplets inside the hole of the earbud, remove the eartip and point the sound duct downward, then shake it two or three times.

If the WF-SP700N charging terminal gets dirty, clean it with a soft cloth.
