The volume or song changes when I take off the headphones

This may occur if your hand accidentally touches the touch sensor on the right side as you remove the headphones, or as you put them back on after removing them for a short period of time.

To avoid inadvertently changing the volume, track, or other gesture, grip the outer edge of the earpads with your fingertips and make sure to keep some space between your hand and the touch sensor panel when you remove the headphones or put them back on.
