Just got mine after going through its spec. Great speaker!

Great sound, high quality, nice color, elegant design

I am using this bluetooth speaker as a race starter, counting down from a recording on my phone. I like the light blue colour, that it is waterproof and has a clear loud sound out of doors.

Excellent sound, good volume, easy to use, just what I expect from Sony. I mainly listen to classical music, but heavier also sounds great. Reassuring to know I could get a second one and pair them in stereo.

Excellent speaker , very nice quality of sound. The application is very easy to setup your speaker and it has many options to optimize how to play. The microphone works perfect for calls. The battery lasts at least 8 to 10 hours.

Been using it daily. A single charge can easily play for at least 8 hours. Sound quality is good as well.

Only had it 3 days so far its been good pleased with overall performance and ease of setting it up.

we are a small park of happy mobile/static caravaners, every weekend we get together, from 8 - 30 0f us around the table ((can't have a camp fire, its banned, well we are all OAP's) there were other sound boxes but when our SONY came ,that was it. they even dance now.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and what a great piece of kit works straight out of the box, and the sound is incredible, battery life is great, press of a button and your given battery status.

Bought this as it said it had 16 hour battery life and get 60 min pkay time off 10 min charge but thats not the case it runs out off battery after about 4 hours and takes hours to charge

I bought it some weeks ago, and I am fully satisfied with it.

Sounds great, clear & sharp. The charging cord needs help. The plug broke inside the speaker charging port so we returned it and got a new one. Because we have the geek membership we were able to exchange the old one for a new one otherwise we would have to go the Sony to replace it.

Great performance, excellent battery life and the added value of water proof

It really does sound ecellent in all genres of music from low volume to high .good size too and a good weight .bluetooth wow instant connection . Battery life brillant ,clarity great. Cannot fault this at all.

A simple when charged indicator light should be on speaker,why not,every chargable product I possess has one.Too easy to leave speaker on charge too long.

This speaker is so easy to use and the sound quality is fantastic.

So easy to set up with various Bluetooth music sources. So far only tried in house and played straight out of the box with no issues. This is no boom box but that was not what we were looking for! Considering it's size, the quality is pretty good and it feels quite robust.

This was my Christmas treat to myself because I listen to lots of podcasts via my mobile and it really amplifies and improves the sound well. It can get loud if I'm not careful about adjusting the volume, which I can either do via my phone or on the speaker itself. It is well sealed so I can safely use it in the bathroom if I wish. And it looks great, plus it was in the JD Williams Xmas sale, which saved my a nice bit. Very happy with it!

Fast free delivery, ordered online from Sony on Saturday, delivered within a 1 hour timeslot the following Monday morning! Bought 2 and played as a stereo pair. Overall very happy. Mainly used with Hiby R2 dap. Only used indoors up to yet. Bluetooth connection very stable and after the initial stereo set up (via Android phone/Music centre app) speakers connect almost instantly when switched on subsequently. Music centre app easy to use to update firmware and implement the battery care mode feature, there's also an equaliser available but I prefer to play flat. Very good build quality. Very happy with sound quality, crisp clear sound without being sibilant and good bass considering their size. Good stereo separation. Really good volume, not needed to go above 70% (no distortion) volume yet indoors. Only criticisms are: 1 The colour, a black option would have been preferable to grey. 2 The hi res LDAC codec cannot be utilised when used as a stereo pair. They're minor gripes, would have been 5 stars otherwise. Would definitely recommend.

i dont like that it has no aux hook ups, only a c charger port, however i love the sound and it has good base, and gets super loud, just needs more hook ups, its easily cleanable, and easy to carry on the go

Got this for a birthday present and very pleased with the performance so far. Exactly what I wanted, plus waterproof and shockproof, so that's a bonus.

I love that the Sony XE200 Portable Bluetooth Speaker is so lightweight and easy to take wherever I want. I also like that it’s water resistant so that I can also take it with me on the boat. The sound is great, I can hear it even with the win blowing and it’s easy to connect to my phone.

Sony has a great reputation in the consumer electronics space and this speaker shows why. It's well-built, lightweight, easy to carry and resistant to dust, dirt and water. For most music, the sound quality is very good. Being so small, there's a trade-off that makes getting deep bass hard to come by. But for me, having a speaker around wherever I go is more important.

The Sony XE200 Portable speaker is amazing! Where do I begin? First, the design is very esthetically pleasing. The neutral gray tones add a sophisticated look. It states that the battery lasts 16 hours, but ours lasts longer than that. We are simply playing music, so could be why it lasts so long not using other inputs. It is water and shock proof which is perfect since we use it by the pool. We also have a toddler so the extra security helps! The speaker isn’t heavy compared to size. It has a crisp sound and a great bass. We used the app for the device to create a custom sound. That was a great added touch and easy to work. Overall, this speaker is high quality and we would HIGHLY recommend!

I got the XE200 X-series Portable speaker to use while working in my shop and on the road. I absolutely love it as it has good shound and can be taken anywhere I go.

Used this at my kids birthday party and it worked great. Very easy to setup and sounds good. Nice bendable design so it doesn't stand out like a sore thumb.

I purchased this product about a month ago because I was going to need it for this baby shower I was throwing, and it is just the most perfect thing I’ve ever had.

The Sony XE200 X-series portable wireless speaker has great sound quality. It is easy to setup and easy to charge. The shape allows for you to stand the speaker up or lay it down. It also has an attached handle for carrying your music on the go.

I love the design, and it feels solid when holding it. The sound is pretty good for mids and highs although it lacks a little on the bass side. I am what I call a "bass snob" though so it might be sufficient for others. Battery life was good and setup was super easy.

I've tried a variety of different Bluetooth speakers over the years, but this Sony XE200 is my favorite as far as small, travel size goes. It's compact in its size but puts out a big sound. It connects easily and quickly and lasts a super long time. I'm loving it so far!

I love the silicone, it feels so soft, the carry bag is a plus. You can tell this is a good quality speaker, the sound is great, very easy to use and set up.

This is such a sleek speaker. The dark gray color and angular design is very modern. I love the strap for carrying and the different sides you can use to set the speaker down on. It is easy to use and simple to pair. The sound quality is unmatched; it is almost like surround sound. I only wish there was an option to use a cord to connect to non-Bluetooth devices.

The design itself is very sleek and stylish and just looks great. It’s water resistant (wich I can definitely attest to after accidentally leaving it the rain) and is dustproof! It gives the ability to use as a phone accessory for calls and meetings, features a convenient strap for better grip while carrying. It charges with a Ctype charger through a small access on the back. Of all the features (and there are a few I didn’t mention) the most impressive feature here is the battery life! It’s advertised as I beleive 16 hrs of battery life. I’m going to just go with that because that’s the advertised time! However, I am positive that either mine is magical lol or it definitely exceeds that time! I couldn’t be happier with the performance of this speaker, and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves some music while doing whatever it is they do! I see practical applications for almost any setting music or sound is wanted or required.you’re able to connect multiples via the app, AND it’s incredibly durable. Dropped mine a few times and it played right through the drop! I couldn’t be more impressed with this speaker!

This speaker not only sounds great but it has an amazing battery life. I can easily use it all day and it still has charge on it. The outside is dust resistant, but I will say it repels dust but also somehow attracts dog hair. I'm not even sure how that is possible but no dust just hair I've had to clean off. It pairs easily and stays paired which is my big beef with a lot of portable speakers. This one is a win.

This is a really nice portable speaker. I have used it in my garage as well as outside and around the house for parties. It has good volume and the sound is excellent. It comes with a strap on the side. Very easy to use and great quality!

This speaker has all the features I need. IP67 allows unexpected liquid or small participles of dirt not to be an issue. With kiddos and dogs, it happens on the regular. As I work on the road quite a bit, I like to have music with me that helps me focus. This speaker delivers quite the performance both at work and in the room. If sound quality is superb, hitting all the notes appropriately with any tune of music. Would highly recommend easy connectivity, easy performance, easy music

It is hard to find a Bluetooth speaker that is worth it. A lot of them do not stay connected and or the battery does not last very long. I am pretty happy with this one so far. It stays charged and no problems with it not connecting. I will get another one as a gift.

It is a very complete speaker, easy to understand and use, it also comes with a manual and a USB port cable to charge it. The charge lasts much more than 10 hours of continuous use, which seems ideal for a day at the beach, camping or simply everyday use at home. I really like the design, it's practical and it's also waterproof, which I love because I like to put it in the backyard to listen to music in the evenings without annoying cables.
