Best Buy had to replace the main computer because the TV was effected by a lightning strike about 200' away

The TV isn’t 2 years old and there is shadows on the screen. There is nothing Sony can do as the warranty isn’t 5 years like the website states it’s only 1 year. I would never recommend or buy a Sony product again.

Tv is ok but my opinion needs more memory.and Disney app didn't work . won't let me sign in just Disney logo show up.i try to reset tv And still the same

TV Automatically controls itself and does not turn on and keeps restarting and does not even provide settings to find the reset.

i purchased this tv due to Samsung model I wanted was unavailable at the store for the fourth visit. i wish i had stuck with the Samsung.

Bought this TV as a replacement in our Sunroom, which has lots of windows. This TV is GREAT! The color is perfect, set up was easy, and SONY is the only way to go!

Since we got it, it just made our living room amazing, great product at good value.

I am surprised of the quality and design and menu and options and easy access to apps and TV channels it's the best TV I have ever had

Broken after a year. No warranty. I do not recommend at all.

I bought this TV to Replace my 14 year old 240Hz XBR TV that quit working. It has very poor contrast and Black performance. The blacks and back-rounds are not black but a dark gray. I am not satisfied with that, however I did not take the unit back. It does have good things like it is real easy to use and some pictures are clear and bright.

Bought this TV thinking It would be better than a Roku and let me tell you I was wrong. This TV freezes a lot and the picture is basic like any other TV. This was so expensive and I regret it, unfortunately I can’t return it so I’m stuck with. Sony Bravia has let me down.

Bought this 65” tv; so hard to choose. Wanted a good set, reliability, great picture…and got it! Have only had a couple weeks so reliability isn’t known yet, but the picture is vibrant, the colors rich. Excellent video. To be fair, the sound is disappointing, but I expected it to be so

Tv got Delivered yesterday and when we turned on after initial setup seeing 2 white patches on the screen. Turned off and on again but patches are not going away. Very disappointed with the purchase

Bought this 55" Sony to replace a failed Samsung 50" tv that was only 2.5 years old for use in bedroom. Good picture for money.

I bought this television as a replacement for my bedroom. So far so good. It took a while to get the picture adjustments just right, but now it looks excellent.

Did realize I had to have cable box to watch cable or buy Roku. Can't stream TV on Sony. New remote has less features now can't even change channels by number anymore have to hold an arrow up or down and scroll. Pretty soon there won't be a remote a we will go back to walking g to TV to change channels.

The new features and expanded viewing makes it an enhanced product for our needs. THX!

I love the tv but they advertised that has a 8k Dmi port but mine did not I spent 3g on a theater processer and reciever and tv doesn’t up scale to 8k video or pictures or movies.I would have paid more just to have that feature now I will have to just suck it up and do without ☹️

I bought this to replace a 76-inch Samsung that was just okay. The Sony picture is just amazing, clear, crisp.

I’m not very happy with this TV. My last TV was the same brand and it worked great for many years. The picture is distorted especially fast movements, only wide display that makes some of the pictures not centered and very stretched. The wide display cannot be changed as other features are unavailable.I have a hard time watching cable TV. It can’t find my cable box. It starts fine and after a few minutes it turns itself off. Very disappointing.

It’s virtually impossible to do anything on this TV without linking it to your Google account. All I wanna do is watch TV not have Google invade my living room.

When the tv is showing dark/black content, like movies and shows in letterbox (so basically everything) there is terrible white light intrusion at 3 of the 4 corners that ruins an otherwise nice TV. Different reps at Sony have told me this is absolutely a defect and then alternately it's totally normal. Ultimately it was for some reason impossible to contact the reps via phone regarding the disposition of the case regarding my issue and they refused to communicate further via email so I gave up. Absolutely would not buy again.

My wife and I were looking for a Sony TV because of it's exceptional quality and reasonable price. You cannot beat the color quality of this TV.

Purchase this TV 10 months ago.now I dealing with a GREEN DOT IN RIGHT SIDE OF THE SCREEN .NOT HAPPY . GETS BAD IN DARK SITUATIONS ESPECIALLY WHEN WATCHING MOVIES .

This is the second model up in the Sony line for 55" TV's. I have the top LCD model in our den and wanted another set for our living room to watch on when we have company over and there is a sports game on. The picture quality is better than I was expecting and I am very pleased with this TV especially considering the price.

A nice TV ruined by horrible Wi-Fi connectivity. Nice picture, decent sound, easy setup, but the Wi-Fi refuses to stay connected to the network and is almost impossible to reconnect. I was able to resolve the issue by adding an external streaming box to HDMI which we use exclusively now, which leaves all of the TV’s smart capabilities irrelevant. Also, the VESA mounting holes are not centered and sit lower on the back of the TV - something to consider when placing your wall mount.

Happy with tv, use in extra room not our main tv which is also a Sony

Will not hold WiFi connection. Had for a couple months and will loose connection.

We purchased 85 inch tv from Best Buy as it was on sale. Very happy with picture quality and sound. Would definitely recommend this tv. We love to watch movies as well as sports.

I own a Samsung 8K I own a mini LED high sense U8 model… Hands-down, the X1 processor far exceeds any of these other TVs? Nothing but Sony from now on

What great features and options. Easy to understand the operation.

I’ve only had TV a few weeks but it has the brightest, sharpest picture, even on old shows like Hogan’s Heroes. Remote works well with Apple TV too. Only disappointment is Sony does not have Xfinity app as a download. Thus the reason for using Apple TV.

I chose this TV because my workplace uses them in their classrooms plus it suits my Sony PS5 and Xbox series X plus my Sky stream the pictures on this tv is outstanding, the sound on it’s speaks is very good I use my surround sound system via HDMI 3 which controls the amp when you switch tv on the amp comes on automatically with the correct HDMI cable. I am very happy with it, well done Sony!

Bought this TV a month ago, I’ve seen a lot of higher priced TV’s with lesser picture quality, although I openly admit I’m a long term Sony customer. They never disappoint. My only complaint is the dodgy onboard WiFi, it will disconnect and reconnect each use, with text boxes appearing all of a sudden and hanging around for quite a while while it sorts itself out, which if you’re watching a film is annoying/distracting. There doesn’t appear to be any advice on remedying this either. If I could remove just half a star I would, but as the point of it as a device is to immerse oneself into whatever you’re watching, it’s a big issue for me.

My first 4K TV I purchaced at the Sony Store in Houston in 2014. It was a 65" Bravia and it has served me where these last 10 years. It is still going strong, but I wanted a little bigger set for my living room and full support for HDR which the older Sony Bravia did not have. I stuck with Sony and now have this Bravia 85" and it is all I expected it to be from Sony. Smooth integration, quick commands, and Sony qaulity I have come to expect. The remote could do with with a couple of more options as this TV came with a smaller format. Brightness and clarity are great. Beautiful picture. Sound is much better than the older Bravia I had.

As I said Color and Clarity are Great. So far my only problem has been, finding all the bells and whistles, actually that been fun too.

We have owned Sony products for years. We have tried others and have always found Sony to be the best.
