The registration code for the Sony Essentials website does not appear in the menu of the Internet device

A registration code will not appear if the product was previously registered.

Before you start

• Make sure you have an active network with internet access.

• Make sure that your device is connected to the network.

To unregister a device from the Sony® Essentials web page

1. Turn on the device.
2. Using the supplied remote control, press HOME button.
3. Scroll to the Network menu.
4. Under the Network menu, select Unregister Device.
5. If needed, follow instructions to erase all data on the device, which may require a factory reset.
   1. Reset your TV to factory settings.
   2. Reset your Blu-ray Disc™ player to factory setttings.
   3. Reset your Home Theater system to factory default settings.
6. Select Unregister Device.
