The Windows Camera & Scanner wizard does not recognize the images when the LUN setting of the camera is set to Multi.
When the LUN setting of the camera is set to Multi and connected to computer, the computer normally recognizes two drives so the user can view files on either a memory card or internal memory. However, if the contents of both a memory card and internal memory are not displayed when the camera is connected, set the LUN setting to Single.
When the LUN setting is set to Single and there is no memory card inserted into the camera, the computer will read the internal memory. If there is a memory card inserted into the camera, the computer will read the memory card.
NOTE: The LUN (aka Logical Unit Number) setting is available on Digital Imaging products that have both an internal memory and a memory card slot. The LUN setting is a unique identifier used to designate single or multiple devices.
