There is no audio after upgrading to the Ultimate version of the Windows Vista operating system.
If a computer using a SigmaTel® audio driver is upgraded to the Ultimate version of the Windows Vista® operating system, the driver may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled for sound to work properly. Uninstall the audio driver , then reinstall it by downloading and installing the latest SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC driver from the Sony® Support Web Site.
